Welcome to Candy Spender Jewels
Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By visiting this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding how we manage information provided by you.
Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Ordering
After selecting your jewel treasure, contact by email or phone to confirm size, colour etc. We will respond by acknowledging the details of your order.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Candy Spender Jewels will be effective when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Melbourne, Australia and the language of the contract is International.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, of if the item you’ve ordered is out of stock.

These are the standards we use in our workrooms, unless you specify otherwise.

Payment
Electronic transfers are our preferred payment method, however we accept PayPal and Credit cards.
We accept Visa, or Mastercard. (within the Salon of Jewels we also have eftpos facilities). All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Candy Spender Jewels, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

International payments can only be received by Direct Deposit or Pay Pal.

Shipping
Within Australia delivery
All products sent within Australia are delivered via Express Post, and are fully track-able. We have been sending parcels via Australia Post for over fifteen years and in that time only only one parcel went missing. (and we think it was stolen by a neighbour!).
Our delivery charges for Australia is $10 (inclusive of GST) and includes postage, and packaging.
Please note: orders over AU$200 receive free shipping within Australia
Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email message to notify you of the estimated delivery time.
Most orders will be delivered within 3 – 14 days from the time of the order being placed depending on availability.
Overseas Delivery information
We deliver to most countries and all orders are sent via Australia Post, airmail.
Rates below:
* $25.00AUD for up to 10 items
* $45.00AUD for 11 – 20 items
* $65.00AUD for more than 20 items
Prices include postage, packaging and full insurance for your extra peace of mind.
Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email message to notify you of the estimated delivery time.
Most orders will be delivered within 7 – 28 days from the time of the order being placed if the item is in stock.
Returns and Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given unless merchandise is faulty.
Unworn items may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or credit only.
All labels and packaging must be included for an exchange or credit. We will not exchange or credit any item which has signs of wear, including perfume or make-up.
Care for your Candy Spender jewels treasure
All jewellery leaves our studio with full care instructions, and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to insure a long life.
Each Candy Spender jewel is hand made with love and care in our studio in Melbourne, Australia. Treated with the same love and care with which it was made, and by following the simple care guide below, your jewel treasure should last you a lifetime.
Care Instructions
After each wear, wipe you jewels with a soft cloth to remove any traces of oils from your skin, or perfume & make-up. Keep wrapped separately in acid-free tissue paper supplied.
DO NOT SPRAY WITH PERFUME OR HAIRSPRAY. EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO WATER OR HEAT MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT YOUR JEWELLERY PIECE.
Life time Warranty
Stringent workroom values and much care insure that Candy Spender Jewels are high quality, long-lasting treasures. However, if due to an oversight on our part a problem occurs we will repair or replace at no cost. This warranty does not however extend to normal wear-and-tear. We are willing restore much loved jewellery pieces at a small cost.
Packaging
All Candy Spender jewels leave our studio with our signature pouches and care instructions.
Privacy Policy
At Candy Spender Jewels we respect your privacy. We collect personal information only for the purposes of fulfilling your order and to personalise your shopping experience. This may include your name, email address, phone numbers, home address and shipping details.
We may also use the information to assist in providing you with relevant information about our product and special offers that may be of interest to you but only if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely.
We may also use personal information to perform credit checks, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
